Foundations of
Western Herbalism
2024 Courses
Considered to be an intermediate herbal course, our Foundations Curriculum is designed to immerse both the beginner and intermediate herbalist in the knowledge needed to provide herbal care for themselves and their family.
In doing so, we provide a grounded, well-rounded western herbal program that allows the student to evolve and deepen their unique relationship with the practice of herbalism.
The course provides a truly comprehensive scope of lessons and activities related to herbalism and traditional healing, including: the art of medicine making, formulation, bio-regional harvesting practices, herb walks, client intake, facial, tongue, and pulse diagnostics and properties, uses, dosing, energetics and spiritual and physical use of more than 150 herbs.
With the breadth of knowledge given through this course, the student will be prepared to take their skills into their homes and communities.
Please note: The teachings are cumulative, and the program must be completed in order. Acceptance into this program is fully at the discretion of the teachers, Renee Crozier Prince (RH) and Paul Boharski.
